We are leaving for AXIS’08.

Tomorrow, we (Me, Arindam, Subhodip) are leaving for Nagpur. Its AXIS’08 at VNIT. Train booked, stickers, banner and media produced, presentations touched up. We are ready to leave.

Fedora will have a 1.5 hour session on 26th for talk and 2 hour slot with a media lab for conducting workshops.

Talks are

1. Introduction about FOSS

2. Myths about Linux

3. Demo on Localised spin

Workshop will be on

1. Basic installation and familiarisation.

BTW In the process, I found out one of the cheapest and fastest media producing company. They printed 4 A3 sheets of stickers (~450) in 10 minutes for 80INR(~1.5USD). I produced a few other posters.

That’s it, will let you know from there.

Also I am bit worried about any good company coming for placement in my absence. I hope they don’t. 🙂
